What can i have for my midmorning snack? I usually have crisps but it needs replacing i think.. I need a mid morning snack as i am on novamix30 at the moment. I woke up with 13.0 had my breakfast etc , then it shot up to 16 so i went a bike run.. Its now going down 12/11 way. So what is good to have as mid morning snack? Suggestions please
