Brunch: Toasted Lidl roll with peanut butter. 2 cups soya decaf
Dinner: Quorn chilli with cheese again - I'm going mad. Will not make that again for a while.
I'm a bit peed off this evening. I just logged into Mydiabetesmyway and got my recent hba1c test result. Up to 40 (5.8%) this January from 39 (5.7%) last January. Ok, not the end of the world, but I am going to ask for 6 month tests in future in case I am on the slippery slope. Meanwhile, I am going to have to up my game...IF, HIIT, something like that. I will put my thinking head on. Off to polish my anti-statin battle armour before my appointment with nursey in a couple of weeks![]()
