Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Thankfully no repeat of yesterday's post gym BG results, I loaded up on food, before during and after gym.

5.3 @3:30
6.1 @4:30 1hr post breakfast
6.2 @5:30 2hr post breakfast 1hr into gym
5.8 @7:30 post gym

I also had my Hba1c result yesterday now at 41 it's down from 52 in December.

fairly simple method today, eat, test, eat and then eat and test some more.
The big Bonus to day was an extra slice of Lidl 2/3rds of a roll rather than the usual 1/4 with 2 eggs instead oof 1 and a smoothie:) extra berries and a small banana added to the smoothie today, will have to check ketones later to see if the extra carbs has kicked me out of ketosis.:couchpotato:

5.0 again this morning. It has been that now for a week, and I might have thought the meter was stuck if it wasn't for a completely random reading of 6.1 yesterday
