Maybe I don't tolerate KFC as well as I thought I did. Hmm ...

I don't think the nutritional information on the packet for many foods is 100% accurate, and for stuff like KFC even less so.

If you put two pieces of KFC in a Lab and tested them side by side you would almost certainly get very different results, and I'm just as certain that if you took the same piece to two different Labs you would also get different results.

Thankfully no repeat of yesterday's post gym BG results, I loaded up on food, before during and after gym.

I also had my Hba1c result yesterday now at 41 it's down from 52 in December.

it goes to show, despite those high double figured BG readings when I was ill and having quiet a few Liver dumps, especially over the two months that the test covered, I still managed to drop from the diabetic range in this latest Hba1c in to the normal range, so I'm a very happy bunny.

I wasn't even going to have a Hba1c until the end of next week, but every dept I've been to at the hospital has been very kind and supportive throwing in various tests outside of their routine requirements.

Ate nothing from 8p.m. last night, just had a black coffee at 9p.m.
Went to bed with a Headache and woke up this morning at 8.15am feeling that I wanted to be sick. So stayed in bed till 8.50am

fairly simple method today, eat, test, eat and then eat and test some more.
The big Bonus to day was an extra slice of Lidl 2/3rds of a roll rather than the usual 1/4 with 2 eggs instead oof 1 and a smoothie extra berries and a small banana added to the smoothie today, will have to check ketones later to see if the extra carbs has kicked me out of ketosis.

6.2 this morning! Really pleased with that. Had a bad relapse at Xmas & ended up in hospital with levels above 33!!!!
Back to LCHF & testing & I'm getting back on track -& I'm on steroids!
Been for a repeat Hba1c this morning so will be interested to see where I'm at.
