Dear Members,

We are currently in the process of building a new app for our community. This new app is being designed with your needs and feedback in mind, and we are committed to delivering a more robust and user-friendly experience.

Please rest assured that we will make a formal announcement as soon as the app is ready with all the details you need to get started.

Looking forward to android one in February as when I try to go on highlighted pieces such as for low carb program it tells me this is not available on tapatalk please inform administration, very annoying.

Hi why do my replies need to be approved by administration before being visible please? Thanks

There is a technical hitch on the forum at the moment and some posts are having to be approved before they can be shown.
It is being addressed and hopefully will soon be fixed.

We had an increase in spam posters, so the first 5 posts are moderated until Monday when we should have updated the forum infrastructure. Sorry about the inconvenience, it does stop after 5 posts though!

When will an app for Windows Phones be available ? I read you are working on it on another thread.

hi @Administrator been having problems with the android app connecting it starts to load up but then just get a black screen with the red banner at the top of screen
Also lately been having problems with the Android app crashing while browsing the forum

I can't use the IOS app - it won't let me log in and says the password is wrong and also won't let me post anything, displaying an error message/popup on my screen? Any ideas why this has happened?

Hi Abi! Any chance you could let me know what the error says?

It seem to be fine now, but before it was saying something along the lines of 'Error [comment unable to post] with a few numbers at the end of it
Might have been a momentary server glitch, glad to hear it's sorted!

I'm assuming you haven't been able to send any private messages? That'll be due to the fact you need over 17 posts to start a private message. This was just a measure we had to put in to stop users being contacted by spammers :)

We've spoken to the tech support and the reason is because of moderation queue. It should work now... and will definitely work from Tuesday when the patch is released! :)

I admit that I am probably lazy (and not very Smart phone savvy either), so can anyone explain (in simple terms) what the advantages to me of downloading the app on to my android phone? As regards hypoglycaemia after 55 years I suspect I now have pretty much gone through that lot and what does the ""Low Carb Program" do? Like many people I see little point in downloading such things unless they will be of value..... I am on a pump (Animas Vibe) and currently have an HbA1C of 7.6 after an all-time high of over 11.5 before starting on the pump (about 10 years ago now).

Thanks in anticipation that someone can explain what, if any, the advantages are of downloading the app
