I have not been deliberately ignoring you all, every time I've been trying to post I'm logged out and it goes missing, so I've had a big pout on.
Hope you're all doing well and behaving (William).
I'm keeping this short and sweet, but if this disappears just pretend I'm using invisible ink.

I am Happy now. Had phone call from Drug Company and the injection(s) are to be delivered on Monday - yippee.

According to the Weatherwoman North Wales has had the best weather for the past couple of days, is that where you are? Are you fully recovered from your recent spell of illness?

I'm a lot better thanks, just left with catarrh and a skinless red nose.

I'm approx. 10 miles from Cardiff, so way down south. Weather hasn't been too bad until today, grey, cold and now drizzling.

Typical, I can get on and be seen and now grandson wants my laptop. Not that he's spoilt but I'll let him have it.

Hello @liam1955 it's lovely to see you are a champion. I've been doing exactly what you said today, I've been trying to just keep going. It's still very painful but at least I can move I'm glad you are getting a delivery.

@mo53 - How on earth are you going to sleep? I sometimes use a hot water bottle wrapped in a guest towel and placed next to my lower back when sleeping on my side. I find heat works with me in drawing out some of the pain, but other people find cold packs soothes theirs. You will have to experiment to find which suits you and gives you relief. You may also find that you may have to sleep sitting up in a armchair, with cushions placed around your body. I just wish I could give you more to alleviate your pain!

Well, I have a bit of unexpected peace and quiet tonight - DS has gone out for the night! It's his friend's birthday today so they've all disappeared down the pub I've had a nice long natter with mum and now I'm putting my feet up with a cuppa

Those who enquire about @loulou99782 . She has had a set back and has been back in hospital for 7 days. She has new meds to take for asthma and hayfever so is hoping she'll be bouncing back. Her bgs are unstable but she is working on them too.

I've had carbs tonight. God knows what my fbg will be?
I was becoming miserable and constantly eating protein. I bet making me heavier.
I'll be back on my veg diet tomorrow. oh and up early for a swim. Cannot wait.

Today before evening meal was 7.5 after meal 6.6 ,5.6 5.2 and then 5.3 odd I think rather like I'm feeling at the moment.

Morning all lovely bright sunny one here in rural Kent but with a rather keen wind. Will be wrapping up well when I go to sort out the horses later.

Just tested this morning at 6.1, had a Daily average of 5.8 yesterday And have a weekly average of 5.9 for the past 7 days, which is .2 up on last weeks 5.7 but I think I would be taking obsession to a degree to be upsetting about this small rise lol......so Lets say BS is stable at a good level as it was last week And be happy with that.

I have had been such a silly billy today. I consumed 7 hash browns fried in sunflower oil and two mugs of Red Mountain coffee with 2 sugars and Coffeemate. A little time after that my bg was 11.1. Very bad.
