Good Morning

22/7/16 - Good Morning from a Sunny York. Rain had been forecast during the night, but it never happened. Hope everyone is in good health, if not sending you all a Hug. Happy Birthday to Barbara, @Diamum5972 have a fantastic day :)
Going to do my "favourite" chore after lunch = Food Shopping!!!:(

This is other half's chance to join some clubs. Whatever his interests, they need reintroducing to the @13lizanne household.
I just hope not anything oily or dirty lol
Men and their toys!
Then more time for your pleasures Anna.
Its like having a teenager at home on 6wks. They need occupying. Then encouraged to occupy themselves.
I bet you thought your training days were over?
It will be worth it!
Eh? What are you talking about Vicki, have I missed something here?

Hi Vicky! It's not too bad at the moment, thanks for asking. I've downgraded from the OxyContin to paracetamol and codeine, and I have been plastering the "offending area" in @Galja's Blue Stuff, which does seem to be helping. (Thanks, Galja!)
I went to bed pretty much as soon as it kicked off, and have been doing the stretching exercises the physio prescribed the last time I had it too, and - touch wood - something seems to be working. It's certainly not as bad as the last time I had it, which was absolutely agonising and took 6 weeks to go.
Loved your post about the start of the holidays, BTW. Enjoy!
Hugs x
Hope that you heal real quick debrasue You have had such a lot of painful stuff to contend with recently. Pamper yourself today. Proofreading is best done from a supine position anyway :)

True, but it does make editing a little challenging!
Thanks for the good wishes, Anna xx

I think I misunderstood the reason for your boredom. Sorry.
Maybe I should give up posting. Finding it difficult listening to my family and posting without full concentration.
Sorry again if I got it wrong!

Morning folks:) Lovely bright sunny morning here in Cambridge.

Daughter with us this weekend and she's even more committed to fitness than me, so first thing this morning, third 90 mins gym session over the last 3 days... feels great:)

She was squatting 60kg, 30 reps yesterday .....guys who know she's 5 ft 3 inches and a UK size 4, massive strength to weight size ratio...she can squat more than me and I'm 6ft...she just laughed her head off at me throughout my entire session yesterday...haha:)

Then we're off to Ickworth House (National Trust) for the rest of the day.

23/7/16 - Good Morning from another Glorious, Sunny York. Hope @13lizanne - Anna is feeling a little better today, than yesterday? And everybody else is well too.:). Partner stripped 4 Gooseberry Bushes yesterday and I while the Kitchen is at its coolest in the morning's going to turn them into Jam. Hope everyone has a good day :)
Also @eddie1968 and @maureen5752 - Hope you both are feeling a little better than yesterday :)

Good morning from a grey and very humid S Glos today. We're forecast sunny spells later, although it's nice and cool so far. Not that I'll see much of it anyway as I have a full day's proofreading today and tomorrow. :(
I had a nice FBG of 5.3 this morning, which was a big surprise after an absolutely terrible night of sciatica pain and severe recurrent cramp (in my feet and shins of all things!). Serves me right for being so smug about it yesterday.
I hope everyone has a lovely day - @13lizanne, @eddie1968 and @maureen5752 (and anyone else I may have missed) - I hope you all start to feel better soon. Sending you big hugs xxx
