Good Morning

Good morning everyone, from a rather dull and wet Hampshire. Wishing you all a happy and a healthy day, take care :)

Rainy days on the hills in Bali :)
Lots and lots and lots of rain.
Wet smell of the earth everywhere, hmmm petrichor :)
Not sure if can have my morning walk today as it was just finished raining like cats and dogs :)

Will have my general health test at 8am from a lab at local clinic :) a bit nervous but overal I am good..

Morning all, I'm rather late on parade today - just got back from my checkup with the nurse. The good news is I'm down another pound (11 stone 3 and counting!) and my blood pressure is 102/77 :)
 
Good morning! It's a soggy start here in the West Country, but the sun's breaking though a little now so let's hope it will continue to improve.
I have a lovely 'me' day planned for today. A l-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-ng lunch (very long - he's staying over for dinner, too!) with a very good friend I don't get to see much nowadays, as he spends most of his time between London and Northumberland. Hopefully we'll get to sit in the garden this afternoon, and wine will certainly be consumed as we giggle like a couple of kids, which is usually what we end up doing. I'm really looking forward to it - I'm fed up with being sensible! :)

Result came back great except for total cholesterol and Uric Acid.
Need to work on stabilising them with my diet
I love all these experiments, feeling like my body is my mini lab!

Morning all...a bit dull here in Cambridge today, but nice and warm. Attending to my silver birches and restating today:) had my tree specialist around yesterday and my Salix is a gonna, got a virus and given up the ghost:(

Awoken to playstation 'noise'. 9yr old said "you said I was on holiday".
We are out for groceries with my mum today.
I guess it's meatballs for dinner tonight!
The remaining of my day will be supervising boys watching movies. Rain is expected today.
No garden or swimming pool today.
We had a lovely day yesterday at our county park, feeding ducks and munching our picnic goodies. No alcohol but I've gone right off it. It never helps my bgs so no pleasure in it.
Mind u I did share a very very creamy ice cream with monkey sauce. Oppo cannot compete!
Well I say share. I was left the toddlers screwball without ball. I guess it should have been called a screw. Ha ha
Such a lovely day yesterday I cannot image today being as much fun! We'll see!

28/7/16 - Good Morning from a dull and has rained York. Hope Everybody is well and you all enjoy the day :).
 
Morning all, it's a dull rainy day today, lovely day for some shopping! I was going to take A to the DWP this afternoon but we've found out he can apply online so of course he took the computerised option :)

Morning folks, it's a bit overcast at the moment with showers forecast for this afternoon. It's Lidl day today so I'd better get down there quick!
 
30/7/16 - Good Morning from a Sunny York. Hope Everybody is good and enjoy the day:). Had "restless legs" during the night and broken sleep, think it was all the walking done yesterday! Will probably sleep better tonight. Today only taking 10mg Prednisolone (Steriod's) for next 7 days and then to 5mg a day for 7 days. No effect whatsoever on Arthritic Pain, but at least I have given it a go.
 
Good morning from a cool but sunny Central Scotland - a typical Scottish summers day! Just off for our walk, I hope that everyone has a healthy, happy day today
