Any fruit smoothies suitable for type 2?
I would add cilantro onions maybe coriander cumin and some spicy sauce. Just like guacamole but smoothie style thinned with a little water or lemon/ lime juice. Very low carb filling and flavorful!! Keep us posted if you try it.i do eat a lot of vegetables but mostly in my vegetarian dinner meal... the green smoothies is meant for breakfast ...

There are also recipes for chocolate avocado pudding that could be thinned with nut milk or water.
Are you making your own or buying..?Any fruit smoothies suitable for type 2?
Are upi making your own or buying..?
If buying check the contents but I would imagine they would be very high in carbohydrates which is not good for a type 2..
If you are making your own a few raspberries with some double cream wizzed up could be nice maybe?
