Weight loss problem. Give me advice?

Hello from me! My name is Jesy. From a long time I have a problem with obesity. I try to find a solution, but to no avail. I tried several diets, but not helped me. Give me advice on what to do. Thank you!

All you need to do is study the glycemic loads of foods. What makes you gain weight is high insulin. Lower insulin and lose a pound a day.

If only it was that simple :( I followed a low GL diet given to me by my GP. I put on 8 pounds in 2 weeks. It doesn't work for everyone I'm afraid. Also a pound a day wouldn't be a healthy weight loss.

That's utter nonsense. You have made sweeping claims before, which have been proven to be incorrect, yet you still do it!
You may be a "nutritionist" but I would beg to differ with your claim that you specialise in diabetes - glycemic load is not the answer for everyone, although I would agree it helps some.

Your past claims regarding the causes of diabetes are also sweeping, and way off the mark. Please don't present your opinion as fact, it's misleading. And 7lb weight loss in a week? That is a plan you endorse? That's just wrongo_O
 
I think you need to seek medical advice for that. Since you have diabetes maybe consult a professional help or talk to a dietician that will help you with your problem. But as of the moment, my advice for you is to really focus on your goal and have a low carb diet meal plan and menu that can cause weight loss and improve health.

I totally agree.
It is a winner for me and many others. Look in success and testimonials. Ask any loser. Low carb works even for me. No exercise regime but weight loss. I've lost near 4st when 8lb was normally the closest achievement before then. It was very very frustrating.
 
I've lost over 40lb without even thinking about it - nothing but going back to low carb foods in the face of all the advice about Eatwell and balanced diets.
Weightloss plans and potions must be such a lucrative industry it is no wonder there is so much difficulty in getting any other theories accepted.
