Weekly weigh in - Fridays

I've stayed at 10 stone 13 for the last 3 weeks. I don't mind, at least it's not going up!
 
42'6 onwards and upwards They have put the price of the Jersey double cream up by 14 pence since last week I will have to ask for a rise in my pension ---or buy a cow !!

Well not so good this last week have managed to gain 2Lb now back up to 11St 5Lb. Not been able to get out on walks and am now getting active resistance from family members who think I have gone to far and who are pushing for me to eat more calories. I try to explain that if I start an upward spiral on weight that it's going to take me back to diabetes.

Though as my goal weight was always 11St 7Lb I am still under that so not too concerned, And as I realised can now encompass my upper thigh with two hands and touch finger tips I am starting to wonder if they are not right and maybe I should try and stay at my present weight now.
 
Yes I wanted to get to 9st 6lbs as it is half the weight I was when I started this journey 18st 12lbs, I don't know when my body will stop loosing, it must still have a few pounds left to loose

Aww thank you, that is really nice of you to say, its hard to know when you have lost all you should do, I am going on my bmi which is 20 so still within the healthy weight range.

Again no weight loss this week - still carrying the 1kg I put on last week. Exercise has gone down a little so will be trying to put more back into my week and hope that improves things. Not overly concerned about it as I am aware I have lost just over 4 stone in weight already and still have about the same to still lose so a long road ahead and I am tackling it on slow and steady.....

Wow I thought I was doing well losing a third of my body weight at start but your amazing well done.
