Weekly weigh in - Fridays

Well not so good this last week have managed to gain 2Lb now back up to 11St 5Lb. Not been able to get out on walks and am now getting active resistance from family members who think I have gone to far and who are pushing for me to eat more calories. I try to explain that if I start an upward spiral on weight that it's going to take me back to diabetes.

Though as my goal weight was always 11St 7Lb I am still under that so not too concerned, And as I realised can now encompass my upper thigh with two hands and touch finger tips I am starting to wonder if they are not right and maybe I should try and stay at my present weight now.

You may have answered your own question. Perhaps you should look to maintenance now. How do you fit in BMI? Some clever peeps will have a better view, but your morning readings are consistently good, and from your piccie you look fab. ☺️
 
I'm dubious about this thread just Incase I don't lose as much as I want I keep log at home my start weight was 114kg on 07/10/16 but as of today 07/12/16 I'm 103kg hopefully I can keep this up I'd like to lose another 18-20 kg if possible

@callyandy Thanks for your comment my BMI is now in the healthy weight region so I could try maintainence now it;s adjusting diet so I stay where I am and don't start to creep back up as am still taking steroids it's hard to find a balance.

@Terryrhino It's not a competition every one here is on the same journey this is just somewhere we can share where we are at and what's happening some times we lose weight other times we stay the same or put some on there's no one here judging. Mutual support and understanding is why we are here and as Liam1955 said encouragement it's hard to do on your own.:)

9/12 - Good Morning - Firstly, Well Done to @Freema :). And I remain at 13stone 4.lbs (same as last week). Due to being ill not been out for 2 weeks, except to Doctors -twice and feeding the Birds in the garden. So a good walk about doing Grocery Shopping might burn up some calories?

Well after seeing my weight apparently increased by 1.5 kilos over my long term 95 kilos at my recent check up, it now appears to have dropped back down to under 95 and is wobbling around a bit at about 92. :wideyed:

wow thats fine... and yes it seem weight is dropping in big jumbs and not slowly.. congratulations ...
 
I am on a par with you. I started at 134kg at beginning of September. I just weighed in 107.8kg.

Legs are aching a bit from all the walking i now do. A price worth paying IMHO.

also very fine results.. it is fantastic we are doing it... I have only been able to loose after learning of low carb high fat.. and low calorie at the same time

I was 112 kg at the most and now weigh 85kg... want to be about 67kg when reaching my goal, maybe a little more as I´ll try to gain muscle at the same time I am loosing fat
