What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

6.5 or 119 mg/dl :)

This is okay but I will be bumping the insulin back up (2 units) to 40 tonight, at least until tooth issue is resolved. I am having to eat softer food this week as anything with texture is sending shooting pains radiating through my jaw.

yesterday no excercise 207 grams of carbs

but well I did make flat-bread of all what I needed to use in my cupboard ...with linseed,sesame seeds,nigella,buckwheat flakes,cinamon and pumpkin seeds and wheat and well couldn´t help eating too much of the flat bread
