5.8 on waking - average 5.5 overnight now rising to 8.6 without any food. still no ketosis
My daily blood sugars have got worse each day for the last three days, with a very strict low carb 25 g diet on all 3 days, the only change in my diet is I replaced spinach with cabbage because spinach has become rare as hen's teeth as everyone decides to get fit for the new year !
