It seems that not eating the papaya and mango on the beach has reduced my fbg by about 0.5. I was talking to a guy from the UK who lives here and he said the peeled, sliced and packaged fruit sold here has sugar added to it, so I will be giving it a miss from now. Shame because I do like it.
I am tempted to have a proper Sunday dinner of roast lamb, roast potatoes etc at an Australian restaurant to celebrate getting into the 4s, but that's probably not a good idea either.
