Ice cream! Someone put grapes in my fridge. I am not sure they are safe in there.

Re your cholesterol readings, this NHS page gives more information: http://www.nhs.uk/conditions/Cholesterol/Pages/Introduction.aspx
If I show you my results from last year, it may help you to understand which figures relate to your own. I'm guessing you will have been given the LDL and HDL figures, or possibly the total divided by the HDL. According to the NHS, LDL is the bad one that clogs arteries (but some dispute that).

Coincidentally, I'm getting my blood tested tomorrow.
Very nice indeedYesterday
B: golden milk
L: salad of spinach, walnut oil vinaigrette, walnuts, avocado, smoky seitan, mixed seeds, olives
D: LM quarter pounder with homemade coleslaw
Snack: Lindt 99% :***:
Ok here I go , I don't often share , but thank you for sharing @Ledzeptt@Kat100

menu sounds lovely , I love a M & S sandwich, how nice , and you did eat wellI ate well today for a change, and my BG readings have remained in range, so...
B: Porridge
L: M&S Egg & avocado sandwich (had to play hunt the avocado). For my "meal deal", I selected apple & peanut butter - I should have chosen crisps because it was a very weird combination.
Snack: Chocolate cheesecake & a latte (hence I know I'm feeling better!)
D: Pasta with beans/veg in tomato sauce.
Going to have golden milk before bedtime - maybe that's helping?
Off topic: I've been told my "urgent" CT scan is still another 6 weeks' away.
No aubergine , I went to the market , I call them little or baby aubergines .. they were from a Asian stall there , twice a week you can get all the veg from world wide x@Kat100 Oii! Where did you get that aubergine?!My local Tesco has not had aubergines or courgettes for weeks now. Only spiralised courgettes. I will look further afield as I really fancy a bit roasted traybake for the weekend. "Jamie at Home" is on the Food Network just now - it's the courgette episode. Not watching it. Torture.

I like flax seed with my porridgeBreakfast and dinner was the same today as yesterday.
Lunch was toast with almond feta, spinach leaves with walnut vinaigrette and mixed seeds. Trying to get more flax seeds into my life and the vinaigrette helps them stick to the leaves.
