Type 2 - Meeting in York.

William have found a recipe for a lemon cardamom cake. Only 14.2 grams of carbs and 1gram of sugar in the whole thing. Will have a go at making it and if any good will make it for you. X

@tina_marie = You and Ron are such kind and lovely people. Don't go to any trouble just for me? But, On the day them 'lot' needn't think I am sharing Cake = No, it's all mine:D:D
 
Yes, @eldergarth = Ron, that's it the B1036 of the A64. (The entrance to York Racecourse is on the B1036) so when you come off the A64 onto the B1036 and after the first set of Traffic Lights you will see on your Left Hand Side a vast Park and Ride just at the second Traffic Lights just before Tesco Store. Well Done Ron = :singing::singing:

@eldergarth - Ron those Coconut Macaroons(? Lousy spelling) that @tina_marie made for You = that you 'Never Shared' looked absolutely scrumptious!
I love Coconut, had Low Fat Coconut Bio Yoghurt for my lunch today.
It had 2.2g of Satuated Fat in the 100g pot. I could not make out what Sugar or Carb contents were the writing was a bit blurred!!!!:nailbiting:

ok william will ask Tina to do a batch we have 2.5kg of coconut to use up how about with a drizzle of sugar free chocolate on top :angelic:

Asparagus we are coming in on train arrive at York 12.06 my sister and I are staying over it's too much on train for 2/3 hours. Meet us will tell you a meeting place if William gives us a clue where we are meeting at station. K
