Lovely though cream is - not ice - I must pay more attention to what auto correct is doingHas anyone tried Perfect World ice cream? I was thinking tonight that I miss the occasional berries and ice cream (lovely though cream ice) so I went looking for low carb ice cream and came across this

Our local Holland & Barrett is quoted as a stockists. May wander in and have a look. The carrot cake was one I fancied too
Our local Tescos stocks (stocked?) the carrot cake one for a while.
Got a tub.
Very disappointed. Not something i would buy again.
But i still want to try the other flavours...![]()
I have to eat breakfast too. Lunch I can skip no problem but I need breakfast.@maglil55 That sounds like a lovely dinner and I hope you feel well enough to enjoy it.
Nope, never heard of Perfect World but then me and the ice cream cabinet at supermarkets are relative strangers. I've never been a great ice cream lover unless it's a blazing hot summer day (even when I was little).
@Brunneria What has your BG been like after your Diet Doctor holiday)
I have just been showing my records to an acquaintance who was recently diagnosed with T2 (you might remember I mentioned her, she was the woman who was really upset at the way she was diagnosed). She took seconds to work out what I haven't noticed before, that my best overall GB is on the occasions - usually weekends - that I eat a big breakfast then skip lunch and have a normal LC evening meal. She's right but I can't work out why - any ideas?
I am other way about, I can go all day without food, but once I start..........................I have to eat breakfast too. Lunch I can skip no problem but I need breakfast.

Well, my Libre sensor died last Friday, so I am now in a testing lull.
But I know my numbers have been fine, just a few more little bumps (not spikes) due to a couple of squares of 70% choc.
I would guesstimate that my carbs have been 20-25g a day, rather than 10-15g on DD, so no worries there.
Tried to order PErfect World icecream from Tescos again (choc chip and caramel pecan) but they were out of stock.
Today am back on DD. And have reached the point when I am customising their menus. Have ordered larger quantities for just 3 different meals this week, so will have several spare portions when I cook (feta chicken, aubergine pizza puree, broccoli and baked fish), because Mr B is on late shifts this week, and his timings are all over the place. So the microwave is our friend.
@Chook I would hazard a guess that your body needs a hefty dose of food to cut through your morning rise. I just need a coffee with cream, but you clearly need more. Is it fat or protein that works best?
I can miss brekky, and maybe miss lunch, but I turn into a triple headed gorgon is someone says skip supper.
Weird how differently our bodies work...
