Bless you Barbara. I think your my inspiration. I hope I'm like you when the hormones start turning in earnest. I might have to find a desert island somewhere to moan to myself. I feel for my boys.
You are so calm and cheerful. Most of all, busy.
Do you think that is the answer to get through this stressful time? Distraction?
I still have a lot of sweats but I think more to do with insulin changing my bg levels and tramadol side affect now too. I wouldnt say I've hit menopause yet.
Does night sweats normally a sign of its start?
I must read up on it so I'm prepared. Any good websites found showing how best to cope with it?
My mum would be the best to educate me but she exercises selective memory. Her memory is fine. Especially where bingo promotions are concerned. Ha ha. Mothers!
We girls will go through it together and keep each other right, if you like?
@tina_marie is too young too so we'll mother her when its her turn too?
Type2 hormonal women's group? Should I start a new thread now?
I'll need as much info I can get my hands on. That's how I cope with stress. Read my way through it! Years gone by I would have used the reference library to order a fat juicy book. My mum and sisters thought they were door stops.
Law books are big fat heavy things unless you buy the companion books for carrying days without the car.
They've moved our library again. Whsmith have left sunderland city centre. They were good for ordering the most useful books.
I must admit my tablet doubles up as a kindle most days. I'll share a decent paperback with you thou. Leave it with me. I might need something like 'a dummies guide to the menopause'. See what I can come up with!
In the mean while I'm available for you. ♡♥♡
