Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

WELL DONE .... can you give the trick :) ???

Went on a paleo diet. Lost 21/2 stone due to that. Had to relax off a bit on that diet because I was too thin. Now weight is steady but I still try and keep off the carbs. Only downside was a diagnosis of slight retinopathy which was a surprise cos it was the same year I brought my blood sugars under control. Apparently I became a victim of my own success.

wow what a fine effort you have done , sad to hear of the retinopathy... okay forced by a too rapid lowering of blood glucose ...can´t that disapear again... ? well thanks for answering... paleo... maybe I must have a look on that too...

Hope it will go away just don't know how long it takes .
 
Well it was a while ago now (it's 4.25 in the afternoon here now) but haven't joined in for a while - so 6.6 at 7.05am - late for me to test but busy before that with 3 year old grandson (parents away with work this weekend) who didn't want to sleep!!!

Did have a very naughty takeaway Indian last night - yes with rice and garlic naan - I know, I know;)
