I was up at 4 am loo call,so I tested BG 5.7 that's fine for me,had a couple slices of chicken and cream cheese before bed last night to counter the liver dump seem to have worked.K

Have to say your numbers aren't too shabby either

Well, I had 2 white rolls (baked by a lovely neighbour they were warm from the oven) and a curry, so my carbs were practically double my normal, but I still scored a 6 today!! well chuffed

mine was 9.4 this morning. Usually between 6 and 7. If my Rheumatoid Arthritus plays up like last night it can be high but usually sorts itself out after 24 hrs.
