Thank you. I do try hard to keep my numbers consistent. Thought they might of been lower today but had a disturbed sleep as my dog wanted out at 5 am this morning. Didn't test then but maybe I should have.

I was up at 4 am loo call,so I tested BG 5.7 that's fine for me,had a couple slices of chicken and cream cheese before bed last night to counter the liver dump seem to have worked.K
