Weekly weigh in - Fridays

Hi Everyone. I can celebrate this week as according to the very confusing conversion site I use I have lost 2 stone. The scales are set to kg which everyone else here understands so I can report this morning I weigh 78.3 kg (was 91 in September and 89 in 2006). On the other hand my waist is bigger. Clearly I am not doing enough knitting. I am going to blame the fact that this week I have been doing my course "exercise prescription for the prevention of treatment of disease" - does anyone else read that title as something extremely odd?- There are 7 reports on exercise for T2D and reading them is making me feel exhausted. Is anyone else going to the meetup in Stratford upon Avon on the 29th?

Today it isn't as bad as yesterday. I weighed myself and I stuck on 130.20kg but to be honest I've been eating very little. Probables not enough. Sore tummy with tramadol constipation yesterday. Chest was excrutiating yesterday. I had to do more walking to get home which wasn't in the plan. I was no use to man or beast after that.
Still 130.20kg this morning. :(
 
Maybe you could try the ayurvedic herb medication triphala it helps many condition also the balance of the cell and its environment and water retension and condition of " leaky gut" and irritable gut problems .... I have not tried it myself But was surprised How many conditions that diabetics typically suffer from that it seems to cover , its been used for thousand years by the way also for arthritis

Remain at exactly 13 stone - I am happy with this :).
Well Done to Everybody on = Loosing and/or staying the same weight, we are all Winners. :)W.
Mine has stalled again. I'm not surprised since ive reduced my thyroxine (i feel too much). I have to have it retested in 6weeks on 175mg not 200mg but had to reduce to 150mg for 2 weeks. I was sleeping 4-5 times a day. Today ive stayed awake. hurray!!!
My thyroid must be really playing up.
 
Sorry late posting on Friday I was 13 .10 lost a 1 -lb it's ok not been moving much up and down,lose a lb put on a lb.
So I tried small amount of carbs and it seems to have got it moving in right direction for now! But very low carbs and high fat diet has given me fabulous results in loss of body fat,so my dress size has reduced a lot. But my cholesterol is the problem 6.6 my doctor has given me until September to get it down. K
