Between 5.0 and 3.9 (felt fine with 3.9) throughout the day yesterday, low after my long cycle after work then Zumba @ 6.30pm
Guess having my tea @ 10pm and no exercise afterwards wasn't the best idea!. Last early shift today, onto 2.30 to 10.00pm next week. Changing shifts each week doesn't help BS I've come to realise.
