Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Stay with us. We're all different and have different levels of success. You're doing fineNot posted for a few days.
This morning was 9.5.
Previous days were 10.5, 9.5, 9.7 and 10.8. Not a good run.
Will never reach the numbers that others post, but as mentioned this could be due to nighttime medication as pre dinner readings are generally in the 4s and 5s (although 6.3 today). So I'm not despondent yet

6.6 this morning. The full Pizza Express experience last night is to blame! Still just 1 more day of holidays and then back to my regular diet; hopefully all will return to the normal fives in a few days.

I've often been in the high 6s recently, and my weight has been creeping upwards which is probably related, so I'm starting a fast today to try to bring both down again before my annual HbA1c which is due in September.
