Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

7.3 @ 6.15 am

No idea why? Maybe the very early tea @ 16.15hrs of freshly caught haddock coated in crushed almonds, pan fried and a few freshly picked local baby tomatoes was too early, so not eaten for 14 hrs. Liver dump at it's best/worst!
Nothing bad to eat all day yesterday.
Quick shower and a sausage and a long cycle to work again.
Going to be a bad day at work today, so maybe that doesn't help with the stress.

4.4 this morning. Hubby up at 5.30 to drive home and then onto work for the day :( He's back with us tonight. I took advantage Of The early alarm to go for a walk first thing - dawn is getting later though, autumn is on it's way. Going to have to have a serious think about how I fit my walking in :(
