Morning 9.9 this morning had an 8.5 before dinner yesterday cutting down on carbs does work my diet was mostly carbs before ever likely my readings were high double digits this is all because I have never been told what is good food and bad carbs now I am beginning to understand diabetes a bit more thanks to this site

There is so much on this site which is solid knowledge. I use it often flicking through old posts and getting new insights. Its well worth the time and effort. Keep at it and best thoughtsWell yesterday was good managed to get a 6.2 before dinner but had a chicken sandwich on Warburtons thin which is 100 calories followed by a pear and it went up to 11.8. This morning Bg 10.8 its getting better but I have found that when I do exercise inbetween like 10-15 minutes on my exercise bike this is what brings down the readings. I just meed to find out how to work out carbs and cals if anyone can help. By the way I try to have carbs just once a day i think this bread thin had 18g of carb nut low jn sugar and fat.
