The only reason you failed your OGTT was because you had starved yourself for several days beforehand, by your own admission, eating zero carbs and barely any calories, and you were dehydrated.
" I was still not drinking enough water or eating much calories at all and went to GTT while starving and having not eaten any carbs for 3-4 days." That is what you said.
You then asked
"However, I am very concerned with me failing GTT so horribly. Would starvation and dehydration + almost zero carbs for a few days before would be the reason my glucose spiked so much?"
You were told that yes, that was the reason you spiked so much by me and others. I gave you the instructions given to patients on how to prepare for the test. This was my post :
Failed GTT & Circumstances
You appear to have either not read this or are determined to ignore it.
When you drank that glucose drink you gave your body such a shock that it reacted, you experienced pain and failed the test. I am not at all surprised. We are supposed to eat 150g of carbs for 3 days before an OGTT. You did the opposite, and you failed. There are very good reasons for the advice to eat carbs before such a test.
