What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

I heard those do not work because by logic our body will still attack those beta cell and we will still go back to where we started.Maybe for other type which is GAD negative may work for them.

That’s interesting

good morning all :)

3.7 today

felt ok but had a few blueberries and piece of cheese and it was 4.3 when retested 15 mins later. Yesterday it was really mild here in North Scotland for the time of year, 11'C when I went to bed last night. First I had trouble getting to sleep and then I overslept :sorry:

Got a few more food bits to get today and have to return a dress mum bought to the shop ( it has the wrong size label in it). Have a good day everyone :)

3.7 :wideyed: if i got those reading my mom will go to panic mood and force feed me sugar:).

Isn’t it amazing how you can feel shocking then literally 15 mins later feel good to go

I drank half a glass of lucozade and within 15 minutes was up in the 5’s

The hypo feeling scares me it really does

It’s not nice at all I’ve stopped over compensating though I used to hog if I had a hypo at night. More through panic than necessity.now I just have my sweets and a cuppa

Yes I try to remain calm
I have seen me jump from a hypo into double figures by shovelling too many carbs down my throat
