Type 2: What are your most recent HBA1C results?

Mine was 46 (6.4%) last 12 Dec 2017.
I was told it was a pre-diabetic range.

Huge drop from 85 (13%) on diagnosis last Sept 2017!

Next one is end of Jan 2018.

HbA1c 34 (mainly due to more muscle mass I presume and 2 weekly 4 hours trip to the fitness center) and average lower carbing 150-200 grams daily

For the last year mine were:

08.12.16 = 5.6% 37.7
07.03.17 = 5.4% / 35.5
13.06.17 = 5.4% / 35.5
04.12.17 = 5.4% / 35.5

I have gone on to six month hba1c testing.

Mine was 46 in November and i was chuffed to bits I'm not sure when I'll have the next one but guessing it might be Feb/March time. I'm trying to stick to the 16.8 diet and low-ish carbs in the hope that I can bring it down a little bit more!

Everyone knows my feelings about the HbA1c test. Too many anomalies for my liking.

And just to add ..... it isn't a competition!

That is a wonderful result! I was diagnosed with measurement of 55, I'm self testing and all meals, except one, has come in at under 7 (the high one was 7.4) all rest are averaging at in 5's. You've given me hope that I too could drop those numbers, thank you

My results in January was 5.8. They were talking about me coming off my Metformin.

I can't say what mine is. They didn't not bother to tell me. Usually there is a notification in the post.
