Good morning. 7.2 this morning. It was 6.2 before bedtime. Looks like hunger has a negative effect on blood glucose. I had been hungry before bedtime and didn't want to drink anything so I could get my blood glucose below 6 this morning. Woke up with severe hunger and elevated blood sugar too

5.2 this morning - back to same old same old. Finally had some snow here but we have escaped lightly so kudos to all who have managed to continue as normal (ish) with lots of snow. Watched a programme about winter of 1963 with my wife who was living in Waterloo at the time and I was right here. I seem to have got off far better in that one as well.
