I'm a little bit giddy after seeing a 3 at the beginning! 3.9. Great start to the day. DESMOND course today. 1st slot I could do since being diagnosed on 8th December. This is going to be VERY interesting!!!

Is Desmond course worth doing then?
I got paperwork through today about attending one also.
