I am asking lot of questions as you may have noticed me in various threads. More I read, more questions I have. Please bear me if you can
I am only 38 and weight around 66-67KG ( depending on the day
. Was diagnised T2 2 years back and weight was 76kg. Since then I have reduced to the level I have now. Weight loss was not due to following any diet as except stopping pasta/panini/while flour stuff. I still continued to eat fruits/fat/protein and complex carbs like brown rice etc.
Not to mention I continued to have beer/whiskey etc ( not daily but two/three times a week)
As you can see from my signature, my hbac1 increased after starting to go down.
Recently I have bought the BGM and I can now see what food spike me too much. I have seen reading jumping from 6.5 to 11 after certian foods and then come back to 7.5 etc
Majority of discussion threads/advice i have read tells us to loose weight. I do not want to loose more weight otherwise I will vanish
. Everyone already calls me what happened and why i lost so much weight in last two years. So my question is what can i do lower my BS????
Go on ultra low carb? Will I loose more weight?
Are there others who do not have T2 because of weight etc?
