Hello, does anyone know where I can buy some low carb nuts and seeds online for delivery in the uk? I’d looked at Holland and Barrett but wondered about any alternatives

A quick Google search suggests that there are quite a few online stores where you can get them from.

Don’t use “low carb” in your google search for nuts... as this will limit anything coming back...

I use https://www.buywholefoodsonline.co.uk/personal-care-alternative-therapies

They are just my choice as they have a good range of organic seeds and nuts.

You can get nuts from any supermarket - I use Lidl Aldi Tesco - just check the back of the packet for the carb count.

Wouldn’t asking to “buy lo carb nuts online” be human trafficking? And I’m sure the lo carb community might not like being referred to as “nuts”, although they might actually like consuming them...
