Hello, does anyone know where I can buy some low carb nuts and seeds online for delivery in the uk? I’d looked at Holland and Barrett but wondered about any alternatives

    Thanks in advance

A quick Google search suggests that there are quite a few online stores where you can get them from.

Thanks for the helpful advice. People like you are really why I keep coming back to this forum.

Anyone else who isn’t trying to be clever got any suggestions for specific sites as I don’t always trust online stores I’ve never used or heard of before

You can get nuts from any supermarket - I use Lidl Aldi Tesco - just check the back of the packet for the carb count.

Wouldn’t asking to “buy lo carb nuts online” be human trafficking? And I’m sure the lo carb community might not like being referred to as “nuts”, although they might actually like consuming them...

Yes. Lidl do very reasonable packs of walnuts.
