It's a book I self published in 2015, called Fifty Years of Malfunction, which is an account of my life as a Type 1 for 54 years, and then details of what led to a kidney/pancreas transplant in August 2013. I wrote it to try and get through to young diabetics ignoring or not understanding the condition; to try and help families and carers; and to raise funds for the transplant department which, like all NHS hospitals, is desperately underfunded yet still miraculous. Very best of luckBy the way what book were you reading? I’m intrigued
