Yesterday clocked up 21,574 steps, mostly getting to/from and wandering around Kew Gardens plus a bit of retail therapy. Today’s exercise was a bit more purposeful. 40 lengths at the pool and nearly 10 miles of walking, about 6 miles of which was in one hit along the Waterlink Way. Feeling very ready for bed.

Strange today. I got up to a 6'9 fasting at 9am before breakfast. Went for a 45 min walk with doggy and 2 hours later it was only 7'0. So exercise does work. Must increase it.
Possibly your body is sending a none too coded message @Goonergal but you are certainly a very determined lady Take care.Hi all. Off colour yesterday so only about 5000 steps getting to and rapidly home from work. Perked up this afternoon and went for a decent walk of 12,269 steps. Very sleepy now.

Not hobbling but not at 100%. I Have done 40 mins on static bike and will exceed 10K steps easily. Monday was 640 steps! yesterday built up to 6.5K.Thanks. Are you still hobbling?
