good nights sleep started taking tabs again tonight. Lol I don’t smile much cause most of the time my lazy eye plays up when I smile :bag:

@PenguinMum glad you enjoyed them. Those gals have some cracking recipes. As for carbs no idea but it can't be very high as the ingredients are basically eggs, flaxseed and almonds. Rough guess would be divide by 4 to be safe or 5 if feeling demob happy.
 
5.8 today which after 4 days in a row waking at 4 something and rising resting pulse, so probably a virus, is about all I might expect. Added to the almost 2 month anniversary of stopping Metformin and the fact it is exactly the same as this day 2 years ago it is O.K.

Well to be honest I am not feeling particularly great but never feel that good in the mornings when BG under 5.0. BP is quite good I think resting heart rate not sure about keep getting random high heart rate alarms on my fit bit type bracelet.
 
Morning all. Up late again. 4.5 the sun is out and I’ve given myself permission to have a lazy early morning before errands and appointments begin. Swimming can wait until tomorrow. Those Gooners, however, need to be on it today.

6.3 today after a few days of low 5s. Probably shouldn’t have scoffed quite so much of the low carb caramel I was trying out yesterday.
Looking forward to the weekend as all 3 of my daughters will be here, plus SIL and middle daughter’s partner plus grandchildren - I love having all my chicks under one roof.
