Good morning all. 5.7 today. Dry here, but rain not far away. Dropping down the van today to have the alternator replaced. Having looked at several YouTube videos, decided it wasn’t for me. Too many things need to be dissembled to get at it. But my pride is dented a bit.
Missed out on excercise yesterday, so long walk on the cards today. Hope everyone is well, have a good one.

Good Morening Ladies and Gentlemen and all who won't be attending the Reading pop festival.

Late dinner last night therefore a 7.4 for me this morning.

I am responsible for the grandchildren at the moment , chocolate seems to keep them quiet...not sure mummy or Mrs J will approve, but who cares hehehehe.
Another day of chaos and mayhem is on the cards.

@shelley262 it was delicious. Same again today (the smell from the kitchen is drifting upstairs already!) And I'm hoping tomorrow too! 5.7 this morning. Reflection of the 3 crackers and cheese at 10pm perhaps

5.7 today. Thought it might be higher. 3 crackers and cheese at 10pm. 2 large glasses of wine too (well i am on my jollies!) And I had (jaws music here) a slice of Irish batch bread WHITE with my dinner, thrust upon me by my very loving auntie Bernie who thought she was doing me a favour. Bless her. My monitor told me this was far from the case!! Won't be doing that again to be sure to be sure!
