Good morning all. Weather looks great this morning. Blue skies, but will only be in the low twenties according to the forecast.

Blood sugars this morning were 5.0

Weather wise here its a mix. I'm no longer wearing shorts and a tee shirt but am retaining my sandals and no socks look in the hope that the temperature is going to stay somewhere near summer time for a few more days.... Also I've got a roof to fix so if the rain would hold off it would be nice.

Bloods are fine this morning at 5.4. ...

5.1 this am - setting off on my jollies in a bit as meeting up with old school friend to see the jersey boys and a catch up. Stay over and back tomorrow afternoon.
Hope everyone has a good day today think while I’m out I’ll be looking for a new coat - I was much bigger this time last year so need a new light/medium weight coat well it’s a good justification!

Sandals should always be worn wif white socks, shorts, underpants, long trousers or not. Hehehe

Good Morening Ladies and Gentlemen sorry but I've just had some terrible news a member of this forum has confessed to wearing sandals without white socks. I'm in shock.
A surprising 7.8 for me this morning, I thought I would be around the 12 mark. I know why it's called comfort eating. My fault and no sympathy is required.

I have warburtans whole grain and oat its 15.9 grammes of carb per sĺice it doesnt tend to spike me but i think you can only get it at sainsburys you get 12 slices per loaf

@alf_Josiah everyone knows the proper colour socks in sandals ( Birkenstock naturally), for those determined to commit egregious fashion crimes, is black. Also, in an earlier post you implied underpants should be worn with shorts. What kind of numpty doesn't buy all shorts with sewn in slips?

A slightly flabby 6.4 this morning. I had a spike (3.1 uplift to 8.7) from half of a granary baguette yesterday. The rare beef and horseradish inside it was delicious.
Another reminder that the EatWell plate of good carbs is an T2 Oxymoron.
Still worse things happen between earth and sky, and I was back in the 5s by teatime.
