Akindrat, I have read through most of this thread. The first thing that occurs to me is you - and probably some of your family members - have an unhealthy relationship with food. I was diagnosed T2 in June and my nearest and dearest have supported my new dietary choices, medication and side effects, bad temper when hungry, etc etc because they want me to succeed. Wafting tempting foodstuffs at you is not helpful and indicates something rather destructive imho. Equally you are responsible for the choices you make. That is true of all of us.
Working in the fast food industry does not help either but I realise employment may be hard to come by in places.
If you have a supportive GP, then I suggest you ask for psychology referral to sort out your addiction to food.
Bariatric surgery is not an easy fix it if you don’t sort out why you eat unhealthy food. Taking responsibility for your issues is a better healthy option. I wish you well.
