What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Yes, please!
The dog walk crosses a wooden bridge after about .5 mile. When grandson was little he would get tired and a little bored. I sang the I'm a troll song before getting to the bridge, told him we needed to feed the troll so we could cross, He now always gives the troll sweets so he can cross. Yesterday his cousin, 3, walked for the first time. He gave a full description of the troll and explained about sweets as payment for crossing.
Heaven is a crumbling Church - he asked what the gravestones were and from the explanation he took heaven.

Very long story about this morning involving 5+ hr wait for recovery vehicle. Yesterday was so good. Lovely family meal and a Christmas tree decorated by a 3 year old and a 6 year old. Magical dog walk with that pair including feeding a troll minstrals so they could cross the bridge.
Edit: For anyone interested I will explain the troll story and dog walk to "heaven" sometime if people want.
Sounds like you really did have a magical time yesterday. These memories made are everything. Hope the need for recovery vehicle wasnt too serious. Sleep well.

Recovery vehicle needed due to "missing" lock nut tool - we have never even looked in the boot for that. The sickner is that missing that tool invalidates that section of our breakdown cover:arghh:

That is an even better story than The Three Billy Goats Gruff. :)
I don't know the I'm a troll song. I know the I'm a g-nu song. Once my friend Hobbit and I sang the I'm a lumberjack song to her 4yo niece.

@trick60 That is indeed the song - grandson loves it; @karen8967 does that mean biscuits and potential headaches? @Goonergal 5.5 and all those great stats from gym body analysis machine suggest chocolate idea was just dandy - "tek a blow" as someone once said.
FBG was 5.7 this morning - or maybe not. All readings lately are outside anything i am used to but entirely possible - like being gaslighted by my meter. Enjoy your day - I am now doubting if I am even me and not part of Trump's Whitehouse Staff.:angelic:
