Type 1'stars R Us

@slip. Good afternoon. Well it turns out I’ve solved that dilemma which all of us encounter. Nighttime rises in BS.
Well last night 4.9 . This morning 4.6. How did I achieve this I hear you scream. Simple. One solitary Jacobs cream cracker before bed. Have now purchased 2 large packs of aforementioned crackers in the hope they lead me to the promised land.

And the trail of crumbs will do the same for the mouse !! Well done !!

Last night I saw that a film was on at 9pm, now I have seen clips from the film and heard some of the music, but never watched it. It was The Rocky Horror picture show, Tim Curry, a great actor and played the part well, stockings and all o_O and I thought Richard O'brien was very good as Riff Raff, but the whole film was just completely bonker's for me, totally bizarre, but, I am glad I actually watched it and to the end too.

It has a bit of a cult following and is currently on show in Melbourne. I agree it is bizarre but the songs are infectious.

Yes I read about the cult following, even though the film wasn't for me, I wouldn't of known that, unless I watched it, I spotted Christopher Biggins and Meatloaf straight away.

Good things come to those that wait, but if you cannot wait bad things might be even better !!

Maybe things are looking up, there is another 'thing' that could be positive too, so I am crossing my fingers for some good luck and some positive vibes :)

With the flavour of a 1950s " sci fi B movie" & the sexual revolution of the 60s & 70s..

I remember doing the time warp back in the 80's.. :D

Hi @Mel dCP ,

My plan is to see how far I can push this sensor.... I'm just over half way through the "official" life of it & it's still amazingly attached using the Abbott instructions.
I use the Glimp app to read it. My meter is out only by as much as 0.8 at most above the scan if out at all..
I awoke with a 2.9er this morning. (When I say I woke. I'd been awake for an hour.) Glimp concurred within a gnat's boot size with the sensor scan. The Libre app just said "Lo." I used to get LO years ago on my old meters on anything lower than 1mmol?

I know the cause. Basal. Been rough for a few days with lurgey & upped the dose a unit..also had a hot whiskey & lemon which probably stunted my liver. ;)

The Glimp app has the option to tether Miaomiao. Is that the app you use?
I’m using Spike. The latest update lets you enter an extended bolus, which is brilliant for the prediction curve. As @Knikki says, I’m using an iPhone. This sensor is only 7 days in as well. I’ll limp it along as best I can, and maybe see if Abbot will replace it.

Rocky Horror ooooo man you have to do the Timewarp :hilarious::hilarious::hilarious::hilarious:

That is such a great film and even better as a stage show, went to few back in the 80's and yes we all dressed up in a variety of things and unfortunately no pictures.

Second trouble - I hope they don't come in threes. Knocked my libre reader into the toilet. That's not going to be good for it at all...
Fortunately I have the miaomiao. New reader ordered, hope it comes in the next week otherwise I'm going to be trying to find somebody with a posher android phone than mine to start the next sensor.
(reader has had water shaken out and is now in rice, though I'm not really hopeful that it will survive)
