Like it. Juicy (ribeye) June it is!

I’m sorry you’re struggling though but we are still way ahead in the T2 game. I caved and ate 6 big 100% choc buttons ten minutes ago. Ten years back it would have been six bars of Cadbury **** and a family sized bag of crisps so I rock!

Are you on a carnivore FB group?

Yes, the Carnivore diet recipes one. Dip in and out, but it gives me some good ideas.

Can relate to that and yes, you do!

I was a bit shocked.. although on 01 March I had a 3.5 from the Tee2 and even the SD Codefree had a 4.2!
But that was when fasting fasting.. if you know what I mean..

My fasting running range is 3.5-4.5, although mainly I skirt 4.. Just sayin'

Tonight’s dinner - oxtail. Yum. Having gone a bit astray, 2 days back on full carnivore/OMAD = 0.8kg down.

Any of you guys eat raw liver or kidneys?

I love liver as does my daughter but I can’t convince the grandchildren so I mince it up and mix it with beef mince. They love that!

I never got into kidney. My mum was an excellent cook and watching her prep them put me off for life.

It was a slack joke back in the days I was a butcher, :D

A Kalkadoon man walks in to a butcher shop, and asks for $1.00 bitchenpeeches,

The apprentice asked what did he ask for, I told him $1.00 worth of bits and pieces.

Never tried raw but have liver every week and sometimes kidneys.. just pan fried in butter.

OK @bulkbiker .... Do you use flour on them? I just need the recipe as it's been decades since I had them on toast. I just don't recall what my mum did but they were fantastic

Nope just a heavy dose of black pepper, a pinch of salt and butter. Nothing else. Pan fry for 2-3 mins per side leaves a bit pink in the middle. Depending on thickness. I usually get ox at £1.60 a kilo over calves at £11 per kilo at my butcher. I can’t tell the difference in taste. Chicken livers also great cooked the same way.
Nectar!

Ok I’m going in. Gonna try carnivore just for this week and see how I go. Also I’m definitely going to include some raw liver, and may even have a go at a raw steak if I’m feeling brave.

If I’m not back by tomorrow then dial 999 :shifty:

Godspeed to you my good sir! Your sacrifice will not be forgotten! ;)

Incidentally I have liver and kidney here every week, carnivore days or not! Never done it raw, did some mince raw before and found I could tolerate it. In fact I have rarer steaks now in restaurants and the like.
