7.1 this morning. I started long-acting insulin injections last night, with the help of a nurse and we both forgot to check the dial. I may have only had a single unit.

7.8 at 5am
Going insane with full on toothache from 3.30 . Tried nurofen, lyrica and clove oil , none has even helped in the slightest.
Going to be a long wait until 10 am until I get talking to dental surgery.
