7.1 this morning. I started long-acting insulin injections last night, with the help of a nurse and we both forgot to check the dial. I may have only had a single unit.

Going insane with full on toothache from 3.30 . Tried nurofen, lyrica and clove oil , none has even helped in the slightest.

Going to be a long wait until 10 am until I get talking to dental surgery.

4.7 @ 0700 : quite a stressful week so far (crunch time at work) and a shocking night's sleep.

Hugs for the pain Ibuprofen taken with paracetamol has a greater effect and is safe to do as long as you keep to recommended dose for each of them.

6.5 this morning. Coming down. Using 2 units of long-acting Levemir at night. Will have to see where it rests before needing to increase the dosage. Day two on insulin.
