You might find this interview with Dr Angela Stanton helpful. Apparently many people are having success following her protocol.
I didn't actually watch the video, just listened while doing other stuff. You can probably find an audio only version at the website for Biohackers Lab.
I hope that's wrong @Safi about being pre diabetic i mean, my daughter suffers quite a bit with migraines. Interesting . Since i was diagnosed and my mother was diagnosed late in life as well and an aunt with type2. Lets hope she's lucky.
@Safi she is 38 years old now and has had terrible eating habits all her life. She's often low in Potassium, never eats breakfast though probably not such a bad thing. No i don't even think she would listen if i mention LC. She suffers a lot with depression and that means she doesn't eat well at all. Personally i think the depression is of a serious nature and needs attention but she's in denial so nothing one can do really except to be there.Forewarned is forearmed @MoggelyI'd have loved to have known this info years ago as I could have changed to a low carb sooner. Has your daughter tried low carb for migraines? Lots of anecdotes around that suggest it's brilliant.

Due to the sound I didn't get far with this, but I got enough from her website to order the book. I've been suffering with migraines my entire life, and have had to kick a triptan habit twice, (three months of sheer hell) because I just took too much over a long period of time. I'm on various meds for it but I'm still suffering more than is deemed "normal". Looking forward to learning more and adapting my keto diet to fit with migraine-treatment.
