I don't know how low Low Carb is considered to be in the USA (or any country other than the UK).
Here in the UK it is a huge range basically 130gms per day or lower, down to Keto levels and then on down to zero carbs per day - since carbs are not an essential macro nutrient (unlike protein and fat).
That is why most of the experienced members using Low Carb say 'eat to your Meter' because different carbs have different effects in different people and what is a low enough level for one person may be way too high for another.
