Type of diabetes
I reversed my Type 2
Treatment type
Diet only
So results are in as of this morning and my first check up since diagnosis.

Bloods were taken at my 9 week post diagnosis, but appointment time meant its 11 weeks before review.

Good News!!!! 54 down to 38 in 10 weeks!

Given this incorporated my first 3 weeks of higher Fasting which have now dropped, hoping to be around the 33 range next time =D

22Kg down, Pre Diabetic by-passed straight into non Diabetic rage!!!!

All with Diet only and Christmas/New-Year and Birthday thrown in where I digressed some meals.

Training starts back up today now my baseline is more or less established and Goal weight of 75-80KG by June is under way.

If nothing else I hope new people who come to the forum read this and can see it can be reversed, and it can be reversed quickly if you commit from day one :)

Thank-you to all for your advise and input, and I will most definitely be more active now, with helping and advise now I know i can speak from a little experience :)

LONG LIVE PORK SCRATCHINGS!!!!!!

LONG LIVE PORK SCRATCHINGS!!!!!!

Well done! I am also about to receive new data from my bloods being taken this week - 12 weeks after my diagnosis.

Your blood sugar change is fantastic! Am stunned by your weight loss too. Did you do 22kg in those 10/11 weeks too?

I have started doing gym work regularly in the past couple of weeks as well - really noticing the good impact on blood sugar levels in the days after the workout!

Congrats again - & keep smashing it!!

@xfieldok Cheers mate and I will, do not the end by any means the start of the new :)

@JoKalsbeek @Rachox Thankyou, and a big thanks for all your info over the last few months, really appreciated and has made all the difference :)

@Schmoukes Yes mate 10 weeks 22kg, but I was at an advantage/disadvantage that I had put 12 KG in 4-6 weeks before that due to eating like I was training for a competition but then every Gym session got cancelled due to personal life stuff.

Weight loss was all diet and made 2/3 gym sessions, Started back at the Gym this week, so lets see where the next 9-12 weeks lead haha.

Yeah my numbers are better from my tracking than reported back but, it had that almost month of higher readings and generally higher test results, so fully expecting a drop to around the 33 in 8 weeks, but dont know what my body does when I'm not looking, so time will tell.

Will see where I am at when I get down to 75/80 KG and at that point I will probably self fund a Libra, as my new Career path is going to be a Sports/Health trainer, best to have all my tools in order before advising others!!!!!

Thanks though man and fingers crossed for yours being just as good, be sure to let me know :)
