This sounds like a diet of a man on a mission . Very healthy. Not sure I could get through 300g protein a day.I get through about 300g of carbs a day on training days.
Today I will have:
- 90g oats with milk and protein powder (90g total)
- Greek yogurt and banana (30g total)
- 250g Brown rice with chicken and spinach (80g total)
- Brown bagel with deli meats and salad (50g total)
- 250g Sweet potato with salmon and veggies (50g total)
I also get about 300g protein a day.
